No drilling required, uses Hipshot's UMP (Universal Mount Plate) which clamps to the existing headstock holes via reach nuts. 3+3 configuration, for Gibson/Epiphone-style headstocks.

Hipshot's drawing lists this kit as compatible with 11/32 inch (8.7mm) tuner holes, which Hipshot label as 8.5mm. One owner measured the tuner holes at about 8.3 to 8.4mm on a Casino Coupe, not this exact model. That is slightly under the kit's size, which may mean a tight fit or opening the holes slightly.

No hole size has been confirmed for the 2023 and later Casino, so the fit is unverified until that is measured.

This kit is made for smaller vintage 11/32 inch tuner holes. This guitar has modern 10mm holes, so this version will not sit properly. Hipshot make a separate version for 10mm holes.

Hipshot's drawing lists this kit as compatible with 11/32 inch (8.7mm) tuner holes, which Hipshot label as 8.5mm. This guitar ships with Grover Rotomatics in 10mm holes, so this is the wrong hole-size version.
