Epiphone changed the Casino's bridge hardware at some point in 2023: posts went from 4mm to 6mm diameter, and post spacing shifted from about 74mm to roughly 73mm (2-7/8 inch). This means bridge replacement parts sourced for the pre-2023 Casino will not fit a 2023-or-later unit, and vice versa. The fully hollow body, P-90 dogear pickups and trapeze tailpiece follow the earlier version, but the tuner hole size on the newer guitar has not been confirmed, so check that before ordering tuners. Exact cutover point within 2023 and the specific updated SKU number haven't been confirmed, so treat any 2023 unit as needing its bridge post size checked before ordering parts.

    Watch out

Epiphone changed the Casino's bridge hardware in 2023. Owners report the bridge posts grew from 4mm to 6mm and the spacing shifted slightly, so bridges made for older Casinos won't fit. We haven't confirmed the tuner hole size on the newer guitar, so check yours before buying tuners. The exact cutover point within 2023 isn't confirmed either. If yours is a 2023 model, measure your bridge posts (4mm or 6mm) before ordering bridge parts.

Graph Tech TUSQ Saddle Set (Epiphone Style)

    Needs verification

This swaps only the saddles, so you keep your existing bridge. Graph Tech sell different saddle sets for different bridge stamps though, so check the stamp on the underside of your bridge and order the matching one.

    Why we say this

Graph Tech match their TUSQ saddle sets to the stamp on the underside of the bridge rather than selling one universal set, and their own fitment guide lists a distinct SKU per stamp. The Epiphone-spec set, PQ-8633-00, is the correct SKU for a modern Epiphone-style import Tune-o-matic, which is the bridge style on this guitar. What has not been independently confirmed is the exact stamp on this particular model, and that is the detail that decides which set to order.

TonePros Metric Locking Tune-O-Matic Bridge (Large Posts)

    Needs verification

Made for the larger 6mm posts that 2023 and later Casinos are reported to have. The published spacing is slightly wider than owners measure on these guitars, so confirm your own measurements before ordering.

    Why we say this

Built for 6mm posts with M8 threads, which matches the 6mm post size an owner measured on a 2023 Casino. Published post spacing varies by listing: 74mm on some, 2.95 inches (about 74.9mm) on others. Owner measurements of 2023 and later Casinos come in lower, around 73 to 73.7mm, though the most detailed one used a caliper that rounds to fractions of an inch. That leaves a gap of roughly 0.5 to 2mm. Some tolerance in the parts may absorb a gap this small, but that is not confirmed for this pairing.

The Creamery Custom Handwound Casino P-90

    Likely drop-in
    Soldering

Made to your exact measurements, so fit isn't a guessing game, just a bit more lead time.

    Why we say this

Built to order from customer-supplied measurements, which sidesteps the generic-fit problem by design, so it does not depend on which hardware generation the guitar has.

    Lollar P-90 Dogear Casino Set

    Likely drop-in
    Soldering

Sized specifically for the Casino, so it avoids the fit issues generic dogear P-90s can run into. The maker suggests measuring your stock pickups first, as heights vary slightly between guitars.

    Why we say this

Sold as a Casino-specific dogear set (medium-height neck pickup with narrow pole spacing, tall bridge pickup with wide pole spacing) by the manufacturer and multiple dealers, which avoids the generic-dogear fit problems some owners report. A 2023 Casino owner reports installing this set with good results. The maker advises measuring the height and pole spacing of the stock pickups before ordering, because neck set angle varies between guitars.

    Seymour Duncan Antiquity P-90 Dogear

    Needs verification
    Soldering

Reports are mixed on whether this fits without extra work, so check before buying.

    Why we say this

Conflicting sources: Guitar Chalk lists this as an easy drop-in, but multiple Seymour Duncan forum threads report the Casino's stock P-90 baseplate has integrated dogear tabs and tighter pole spacing, especially in the neck position. Those reports are not specific to the 2023 revision, and no 2023-specific fit report was found.

    Soldering

Should share the same pole spacing, but we haven't confirmed the cover and mounting fit yet.

    Why we say this

Shares the ~49.2mm pole spacing standard across the Gibson/Epiphone dogear family, but is not sold as Casino-specific. Cover height and neck-position clearance not independently confirmed for this model, and no 2023-specific fit report was found.

    Tuner

    Grover 102 Rotomatic Tuners, 3+3

    Needs verification

Needs 10mm holes. Older Casinos have smaller vintage-size holes that need reaming, but we have not confirmed the hole size on 2023 and later models. Measure yours first.

    Why we say this

Grover Rotomatics use 10mm posts. One owner measured the tuner holes at about 8.3 to 8.4mm on a 2021 Casino Coupe, which would need reaming to 10mm. No hole size has been confirmed for the 2023 and later Casino, so whether reaming is needed is unknown. If the holes are already 10mm this would be a straight swap.

Kluson Revolution Diecast Locking Tuners, 3+3

    Needs verification

The post is a modern 10mm diameter despite the vintage look. Older Casinos need the holes reamed, but we have not confirmed the hole size on 2023 and later models. Measure yours first.

    Why we say this

Uses a modern 25/64 inch (9.92mm) peghole despite the vintage-look housing. One owner measured the tuner holes at about 8.3 to 8.4mm on a 2021 Casino Coupe, which would need reaming. No hole size has been confirmed for the 2023 and later Casino, so whether reaming is needed is unknown.

    Kluson SD90SLN 3-Per-Side Tuners (Nickel)

    Needs verification

Should fit if your Casino has vintage-size tuner holes, which older ones do. We have not confirmed the hole size on 2023 and later models, so check yours (about 8.5mm) before buying.

    Why we say this

Retailers list this vintage-style Kluson set as a fit for the Epiphone Casino, but those listings do not specify the 2023 revision. One owner measured the tuner holes at about 8.3 to 8.4mm on a 2021 Casino Coupe, and no 2023 or later Casino has been measured. If the holes are vintage size this should fit without drilling. If they are a modern 10mm, adapter bushings would be needed. Not confirmed either way.

    Hipshot Vintage 8.5mm Grip-Lock UMP Kit (3+3)

    Needs verification

Made for vintage 11/32 inch (8.7mm) tuner holes. Earlier Casinos measure slightly smaller than that, and we have not confirmed the hole size on 2023 and later models, so measure yours before buying.

    Why we say this

Hipshot's drawing lists this kit as compatible with 11/32 inch (8.7mm) tuner holes, which Hipshot label as 8.5mm. One owner measured the tuner holes at about 8.3 to 8.4mm on a 2021 Casino Coupe. No hole size has been confirmed for the 2023 and later Casino, so the fit is unverified until that is measured.

    Tailpiece

    1 option

The Casino's trapeze tailpiece anchors at the end of the body, so there are very few ways to change it without drilling. This is a short list because the realistic options are few.

Bigsby vibrato illustrationIllustration, photo coming soon

    Bigsby B7 Vibrato (direct mount)

    Requires modification
    Drilling

A proven upgrade for this guitar, but it means drilling into the top and can't be undone. Careful hole alignment matters, as the hinge holes allow very little play.

    Why we say this

Well-documented common mod for the Casino specifically, including an owner install on a 2023 Casino. Replaces the trapeze tailpiece entirely and requires drilling into the guitar top, which is permanent. The 2023 owner reports the trapeze bracket's old screw holes sat slightly off from the Bigsby's, so he filled them and re-drilled, and notes the hinge holes allow little play. A no-drill Vibramate-style adapter is not an option here, since this guitar's trapeze has no stud bushings to mount one to.
