How we check fit
Modio matches guitar models to hardware using manufacturer specs, measurements and reports from players. We try to give the most detailed fit report we can for each guitar.
What our verdicts mean
- Likely drop-in: the specs match. It should fit with no changes to the guitar.
- Requires modification: it can fit, but needs work such as drilling or swapping a part. We tell you what.
- Needs verification: we haven't confirmed it yet. Treat it as a lead, not an answer.
Why you should still check
Manufacturers change specs between years, factories and limited runs, and not every spec is published. Where we haven't confirmed something, we say so and tell you what to measure.
Before you buy
Measure the key spec on your own guitar, such as stud spacing or post hole size. If in doubt, ask the retailer or a guitar tech. Modio gives guidance only, and we can't be responsible for parts that don't fit or for work done on your guitar.
