A real modification, not a drop-in, new holes go in the guitar regardless of handedness. This is the correct genuine left-handed Bigsby though, not a right-handed part turned around. Best left to someone experienced or a tech.

This is the genuine left-handed Bigsby B7, correctly built rather than a reversed right-handed part. This guitar ships with a fixed stopbar, not a vibrato, so direct-mounting any Bigsby means new holes in the top regardless of handedness. No confirmed no-drill adapter kit was found for the SG's flat body shape.
