This is a vintage-style 4-screw mount 3-saddle bridge. American Ultra Telecasters use the 3-screw American Standard/Deluxe/Elite/Ultra mounting pattern, a genuinely different, non-interchangeable screw layout confirmed by Fender's own parts documentation. Fitting this bridge means drilling new holes.
The pickup slot in this bridge plate is cut at an angle for a right-handed body, so it will not sit correctly on a left-handed guitar. Mastery does not make a left-handed version of it.
Mastery's Tele bridge is a full baseplate with a machined pickup cavity in it, per Mastery's own product page, and a Telecaster bridge pickup sits at an angle in that plate, so the cavity is cut asymmetrically for a right-handed body.
