Why we say this

This guitar's proprietary 5-hole, 10.2mm mounting pattern does not match a generic hardtail's screw layout. Owners of the closely related SE SVN Holcomb model report that generic hardtail bridges of this kind require new holes drilled to fit, and PRS's own bridge here uses a proprietary pattern rather than an industry-standard one.
