About this guitar The Ibanez AZ2204 is a solid body instrument that delivers a versatile tone that blends vintage warmth with modern clarity. Fit and compatibility As a modern Ibanez model, the AZ2204 uses standard hardware and routing. The pickup cavities are routed for HSS pickups, so aftermarket replacements from major brands drop in with little or no modification. The Gotoh Tremolo follows factory specifications, making it easy to upgrade or replace. Its neck pocket and electronics layout are compatible with popular aftermarket necks, pickguards and control harnesses. Installation notes This guitar uses standard screws and fittings for its region (metric sizing).
